Is your coffee really the best?
We roast-to-order on a daily basis (M-F) to ensure freshness. YES, our coffee is specialty grade and is among the top 2% of beans in the world. It’s the BEST coffee that money can buy. Because it’s roast-to-order, most orders ship in 3 business days, then add another 3-5 days for delivery. Trust us, it’s worth the wait!

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the USA.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use the USPS Flat Rate, but may use others on large orders. All orders come with FREE SHIPPING.
Can I track my order?
When we ship your coffee, an automatic email with a tracking # will be sent to your email address on file.
How can I change my order after it’s been submitted?
Email us info@annacita.com if you would like to update or cancel your order. Please include your order number in the email subject. We will always do our best to make changes!
How can I pay?
We accept many digital wallets as well as all major credit and debit cards. Digital Wallets are not yet available for Subscribe & Save orders.
How do I update my Subscribe & Save Subscription?
If you would like to update your Subscribe & Save Subscription:
1. Login to your account.
2. Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the ‘Edit’.
4. Once you have updated, click ‘Submit’. Your updates will be saved!

We use Shopify Payments and Stripe which are among the safest payment processing services on the internet.
How should I store my ANNACITA coffee?
All ANNACITA coffee comes in an opaque bag with a gas valve. This approach to packaging keeps out humidity and light, the enemies of fresh coffee. It also allows carbon dioxide (a byproduct of the roasting process) to escape from the bag through the one-way gas valve. Didn’t know you’d be getting a lesson here, did you? Anyway, all you need to do is store at room temperature to retain freshness for up to 4 weeks after opening. It’s that easy!
Where do I enter a discount code?
On the first checkout page, click “Show Order Summary” to initiate a drop down menu. Enter your discount code, then click "Apply."
