This unique single-origin coffee comes with a twist: we age it in used bourbon whiskey barrels. These barrels, carefully emptied, steam-sterilized, and dried, provide the perfect environment for our green coffee beans to absorb their distinctive flavors. Over 30 days, the beans take on subtle notes of charred oak and whiskey (without any alcohol or additives). Once the aging process is complete, we roast the coffee to a smooth, balanced medium profile, delivering a flavor experience not soon forgotten.  A perfect gift for every coffee lover on your list.
This coffee is washed, sun-dried, and medium roasted. It has tasting notes of delicious Brown Sugar, Fruity undertones of Oak and Cocoa, and just a hint of Bourbon.
